Brenna King (DJ Lex) is a Portland designer & music lover. Her strength as a DJ lies in her unparalleled ability to leverage her afro-Caribbean roots, bringing the best of African & Carribean music that will keep you dancing non-stop.

Blossom
The bud who is Blossom began with her roots in Trinidad & Tibego. Born into a musically inclined family, she embraced the stage naturally at the age of 12 alongside her uncle\’s traveling steel drum band.

Jo Ann Hardesty
City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty was sworn in as a city commissioner, becoming the first African-American woman to serve on the Portland City Council. She is committed to building a livable and sustainable city with all Portlanders and for all Portlanders, through transparency, accountability, and opportunity.
